Federica Pozzi

I am a gastronomer and a deep coinnoisseur of lake Como, a lover of good food but above all of the culture and history of food productions.

I like to focus on aspects of food that are considered secondary among the nowadays food topics but that are in my opinion more interesting to understand a place: the origin and story of a dish, the plantations and the productions that had imprinted the economy of a land and its culinary traditions, the local inhabitants’story about their customs and food’s habit.

I worked for some years organising food tours worldwide and now I woud like to invite you all to travel with me in my home land:  around the lake, mountains, valleys and with people who love the place they live in.

I add value to my gastronomical knowledge engaging qualified staff to work with me.
